Our group classes cut to the core of healthful eating. In a fun and relaxing environment, you will learn how to plan meals that incorporate all we know about a balanced and healthful eating style. Taking a one meal at a time approach, you will discover how to eat well with ease and confidence.  You may join one of our existing classes or schedule with a group of friends.

Sports Nutrition Coaching

Whether you are training for a marathon, or make room in your daily schedule for a quick run, or a trip to the gym, you need to be well fueled. We work closely with our athletes on hydration, fueling and recovery, snacking for performance and planning healthy meals that support the changing needs of your training schedule.
